• How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Most of our t-shirts, apparel and mugs products and mugs are printed on demand. After you placed your order, our talented production team will select a blank version of your chosen product, print your design, package and ship it. Extremely popular designs can take 1-2 weeks delay in printing, or during holidays. Once your order has been shipped, it will arrive in a few days. You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has been shipped out. If this is still not clear, just email us. We're happy to help. Please have a look at the time table below:

• How much is shipping?

(*) For international shipping, you may have to pay extra cost for the customs duty. The cost is difference in each country.

• How do I track my package?

You can check on the status of your order at any time by going to the following link:  Order Status.  You can also reach out to our customer support desk at [email protected] to ask questions anytime.

• I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

Since we print on demand and we have a large assortment of products not stocked in the house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way.

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address. If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
